Touch screen technology allows the
operator to fully interact with the wheel
balancer. The monitor can be used when
work gloves are worn.
Real time, high performance
multiprocessor PC makes the processing
of balancing data possible.
To light the internal part of the rim the
machine uses a special blue light system,
which is most suitable for this reading.
Instead of mechanical sensors, Blue
Light uses a laser sensor system, which
perfectly measures the distance and
geometrical dimensions of the wheel.
The Blue Light is a revolutionary patent that radically changes the quality of balancing service. It is completely automatic and
interactive by utilizing a video camera and advanced artificial vision technology to identify the balancing planes, displaying the
data on a high definition touch screen monitor. Weight positioning is determined by the operator by touching the monitor

and for using the included software. Upon request, the Weight
Management program suite is available, which includes Less Weight, software
that permits a significant reduction in weight by analyzing various threshold values based
on vehicle type (the only one on the market).
MAIN FEATURES:
1. THE LASER POINTER helps to position the counterweights more quickly and more precisely.
Inside wheel LIGHT makes it easier to take measurements, apply counterweights and clean
and check that the rim is not damaged.*
2. SPIN UNIT. Reduced cycle time and high performance guarantee high work loads. Automatic
balancing and electronic clamping brake positioning.

3. Electronic acquisition of diameter and distance, positioning of adhesive weights at 3-6-12
o’clock, settable by the user.
4. The wheel balancer PROGRAMME is intuitive and information is clear and immediately
available.
5. WEIGHT TRAY. Appealing design and shapes designed to allow maximum access to inside the
wheel. The numerous weight-holder trays, compartments for cones
and accessories and the adjustable monitor guarantee maximum work ergonomics.
5. STORAGE FOR ACCESSORIES. The side accessory compartment has been designed to store
universal flanges, cones and bushes. The work area is kept tidy and accessories can be
easily accessed and do not get damaged.
6. QUICK CALIBRATION, intuitive sensitivity. The sample weight which is included is applied
directly to the spin unit.
7. EXTERNAL SENSOR for automatic acquisition of wheel diameter (optional).
